Turun 4KG??

As promised aku nak cerita ape yang berlaku masa aku temankan adek aku bershopping..Actually cerita ni kena start 10 days before.Still with the same activities..aku temankan die bershopping..Daripada happy mood,it turns to what i can call it disaster..die suka suki je mengamuk kat aku..hilang mood aku nak bershopping..Ni semua disebabkan perubahan saiznnye..ye..before ni adek aku pakai seluar size S..tapi tak tau la mane silapnye,size die semakin membesar day to day :) ..Keadaan menjadi lebih teruk bile die keja kat kedai kek..hah korang bayangkan la macm mane..hari2 ngadap kek2 yang sedap..skali mase shopping tu..baru la die realize how bad berat nye sekarang...susah gile ok nak cari seluar die.berapa kali masuk fitting room try seluar semata2..and then at last die dapat gak seluar yang fit dengan die..Size XL..what?aku dalam hati da nak tergelak tapi tak sampai hati tgk adek aku da frustrated gle..She asked me to help her..yes,im willing to help her just want to see her happiness but with one condition..must have determination..kena serius..

Aku pun belikan la die NUTRIMEAL from USANA and alhamdulillah she consumed it consistently..kalo before ni die suka main2 but not this time..ye la dengan seluar da size XL pastu my dad always teasing her..da macm mak orang da..So kena la usaha sesuatu..Oh before that,die check her weight..62kg(sorry takder gamba because die marah aku ambik gamba die mase tu)..and after 10days,yakni Hari Sabtu(12 Dec 09) kiteorang gi check lagi..her current weight is 58kg..see?4kg..wow..hebatnye..aku yang excited gle..adek aku tergamam because she still not believe it..Ni 1st time timbang:

ha yang ni 2nd machine:sebab die kate 1st machine tu rosak kot.die nak check ngan machine lain but see?still 58 kan?lepas tu die ape lagi..die call la papa nye(her bf) cerita yang die da trun 4kg..see..i can see she happy with this..Oh God thanks..

Now she still consumed NUTRIMEAL+ESSENTIAL from USANA to loss her weight..ye la kite loss weight ni bukan untuk cantik saje but untuk sihat jugak kan?I hope that she will achieve her target.Tagline my sis to NUTRIMEAL is mudah+berkesan+murah+sedap :)
