Hi guys..how's yr weekend?my weekend is sooo great..hehe

Cerita on 25dec..

I and family have spent a great time.We went to waterfall..we do love waterfall..At first our plan is go to Ulu Yam..sampai2 alamak ramai la plak..kiteorang tak suke tempat ramai2 orang ni..heee tak privacy la..then my mum suggest pergi kolam air panas je..sampai2 sane..lagi ramai manusia...rase macm hurmm tak der tempat da la nak rendam kaki ngn air panas...then kiteorang jalan2 without any direction and eh what is this place..so nice hah..yeah kiteorang sampai kat waterfall yang kiteorang rasa tak ramai lagi tau..name pun takder and tak ramai orang..yes we like it!3 jam berendam dalam air yang sejuk n dalam..memang best..and menjadikan best nye lagi bile we spent time together;6 of us...slalunye mesti tak cukup corumn..sorang ade class la,keje la or training but not today..so enjoy sepuas2 nye..our pic can tell how we were happy on that day:

we went to Wangsa Walk Mall..Mall ni baru je bukak..errr im not sure when but i think the mall is great....kedai kasut die bnyak gle and bnyak kedai dalam tu buat opening promotion yang bole buat aku pitam sbb gaji+bonus tak dapat lagi..uwwaaaa..bile nak dapat ni...pergi 2nd floor wow..ada bowling center la..and ada promotion gak..1 game free 1 game..tapi manusia penuh gila dalam tu..jalan2 lagi..eh gsc will coming soon?bile??january 2010?wow hebat gle..so after this kalo nak tengok movie after office hr should be no prob la..just 15 mins from my office and yahoo!!snang nak release tension cani.heee...jalan2 lagi ada gadjet center..broadband+lappy+handset..wow,,besh2...aku da berangan2 da shopping kat sini..heaven...heaven..weeee

Pagi2 to afternoon..just meet customers..ada yang order Nutrimeal..ada yang order Essential+Proflavanol untuk kencing manis and darah tinggi for her parents..chitchat and makan2 aku terus gi jalan2..hehehe..shopping time kat midvalley..alamak bukan shopping..window shopping la..hoho..dalam hati menyumpah2 je bile nak bonus ni..oh tak bole tahan la macam ni....

Bawang Merah,kite hadapi sama2 segalanya..start from we met until now..at certain time u challenge my limit...macm2 kan bawang merah?first telinga patah la,pastu air kering keluar asap2..cuak gile mase tu.pastu wiring problem...brake problem..bateri kong..aircond problem..sampai aku da nangis2 da..rase frustrated gile..Walaupun sekarang aku macm endah tak endah je ngn kau tapi in deep my heart u are my everything..aku saaayang sangat kat ko..bile nak beli keta baru pun pk dua tiga kali errr more than 100 times sbnarnye..sbb aku sayangggg sangatttt kat kau...sbb ko jugak penyelamat untuk ku..banyak jasa kau kat aku..dengan kau la aku pergi kerja..hantar adek2 n mak aku gi keje..jumpe customer,ronggeng2 ngan kawan..shopping..heee..soo jangan risau ye bawang merah..as long as u gv me a good service,i'll do the same thing..aku hantar ko gi service,mandi kan kau..polish bagi berkilat2..ok?deal?hehe...stick wif u forever..

hehe..ni la cerita Aku and Bawang Merah...if ader pink aku pilih warna pink tapi tak ada..tapi cube tgk barang dalam kereta..suma color pink tau..tetap tak dilupakan :)tapi kalo pink tak jadi la plak aku dan bawang merah kan?hehe

aku rase macam banyak la pulak gambo aku tu..itu maksudnya memang aku sayanggg gile kat bawang merah ni..

Semalam,aku balik cepat semata2 nak tengok pasukan kita beraksi in Final;Malaysia vs Vietnam...sebenarnya aku tak amek port sangat tapi sebab final kan?Kena tengok ni...Bukan aku saje tapi makayah and adek2 aku yang lain pun tengok..First half game tu aku tak dapat tengok betul2 sebab nak kena anta mak aku gi kerja atas arahan ayah aku yang sungguh excited depan tv tu...nasib baik la takder goal mase tu kalo tak aku da terlepas da..then mase separuh kedua aku rase msia and vietnam makin agresif untuk menyumbatkan goal..tapi aku rasa macm vietnam je yang bnyak attack..serius..kalo la penjaga goal kita tak cekap masa tu serius aku rasa vietnam bole sumbat bnyak la..

Tp akhirnye aku tak ingat da la minit ke berapa..kiteorang da jerit2..suspen..msia ni main passing2 lagi..eeeii geram nye aku and yeah..there u make it..tapi kan goal tu bukan msia jaringkan tapi because of salah pemain vietnam kan?ah lantak la..asalkan goal..hoho..mase goal tu kiteorang menjerit and terlompat2 sama macam kalo tengok adek aku menang..melompat2..ayah aku pun sama..nak amek gambo tak bole la..sensored sebab kain ayah aku nak terlondeh..lompat yang tak hingat..haha..i miss that moment..dulu slalu kiteorang tengok sama2 and bile goal camni la..nasib baik la mak aku tak ada semalam..haha kalo tak confirm kena bebel..ape la punya anak dara..menjerit2 lompat2 macm tu..nak wat cane mak..malysia menang ni..Tapi ikut kan malaysia sbnarnye ada bnyak chance nak goal kan semalam?

Then,masa nyanyi lagu negaraku tu aku rasa ramai yang menangis kan?ke kiteorang je..bukan nak kata patriotik ke ape tapi rasa macam..yeah malaysia u make it after 20years...rasa bngga sekejap..haha..lepas abih suma ape lagi start la dengar ceramah dari en duel kite..in our life ni,nothing imposibble..suma bole kalo kite buat bersungguh2....huhu..

Sehari Sebuah Buku

Korang suka tengok MHI;Malaysia Hari Ini?I like watching this TV programme mase nak siap2 gi kerja.Mase tgh iron baju ke leh dengar what the news for that day.It's good because aku sometimes tak sempat nak bace paper online pun err not sometimes lately macam everyday tak baca pun paper.heee..So with this MHI at least i have some ideas what's going on.As today,ada dalam paper mane ntah states that 14 years student pregnant for 8months..what??14 years..apa la nak jadi dengan dunia sekarang ni..

Ok,in MHI actually i like the combo Ally+Wardina..I dont know why but i like Wardina mostly..suke tengok tudung die..cantik2..weee and she's always inspired me and motivated..But it doesn't mean that the rest is not good..Semuanye ok..boleh menceriakan pagi hari ku..Ok back to the point.Actually aku nak bercerita pasal Sehari Sebuah Buku.Do u know that in MHI there is one segment that called Sehari Sebuah Buku?This segment will starts around 7.15am after Buletin Pagi.What i love most this segment..mm..dorang akan ceritakan what is the special of each book for them,the price and where u can get the books.So far,semua buku2 yang dorang cerita semua besh2.Ape yang aku perhatikan la..each of them has mm what eh?mm ade taste tersendiri:

Kalo Wardina-she likes buku related to children..sebab die selalu belikan buku for her children plus she's studying psikologi sekarang..(this one im not so sure).Buku yang die bawak memang sume interesting which i think mommy2 semua kena beli to attract yr children membaca dari kecik lagi :)

Ally-He likes the book which whatever page that he flipped mesti ada cerita..sebab die tak suka baca buku dari 1st page till the end.

Abby-She's more to Sastera..i think so..

Fitri-He lovesss trivia..die suka puisi2..sastera2..tapi i likes time die bagi trivia2 nye...additional knowledge..lagipun die memang suka travel..bonus to him.jauh perjalanan luas pemandangan..hee

Ok guys..gtg..bnyak lagi keje menimbun ni...

Turun 4KG??

As promised aku nak cerita ape yang berlaku masa aku temankan adek aku bershopping..Actually cerita ni kena start 10 days before.Still with the same activities..aku temankan die bershopping..Daripada happy mood,it turns to what i can call it disaster..die suka suki je mengamuk kat aku..hilang mood aku nak bershopping..Ni semua disebabkan perubahan saiznnye..ye..before ni adek aku pakai seluar size S..tapi tak tau la mane silapnye,size die semakin membesar day to day :) ..Keadaan menjadi lebih teruk bile die keja kat kedai kek..hah korang bayangkan la macm mane..hari2 ngadap kek2 yang sedap..skali mase shopping tu..baru la die realize how bad berat nye sekarang...susah gile ok nak cari seluar die.berapa kali masuk fitting room try seluar semata2..and then at last die dapat gak seluar yang fit dengan die..Size XL..what?aku dalam hati da nak tergelak tapi tak sampai hati tgk adek aku da frustrated gle..She asked me to help her..yes,im willing to help her just want to see her happiness but with one condition..must have determination..kena serius..

Aku pun belikan la die NUTRIMEAL from USANA and alhamdulillah she consumed it consistently..kalo before ni die suka main2 but not this time..ye la dengan seluar da size XL pastu my dad always teasing her..da macm mak orang da..So kena la usaha sesuatu..Oh before that,die check her weight..62kg(sorry takder gamba because die marah aku ambik gamba die mase tu)..and after 10days,yakni Hari Sabtu(12 Dec 09) kiteorang gi check lagi..her current weight is 58kg..see?4kg..wow..hebatnye..aku yang excited gle..adek aku tergamam because she still not believe it..Ni 1st time timbang:

ha yang ni 2nd machine:sebab die kate 1st machine tu rosak kot.die nak check ngan machine lain but see?still 58 kan?lepas tu die ape lagi..die call la papa nye(her bf) cerita yang die da trun 4kg..see..i can see she happy with this..Oh God thanks..

Now she still consumed NUTRIMEAL+ESSENTIAL from USANA to loss her weight..ye la kite loss weight ni bukan untuk cantik saje but untuk sihat jugak kan?I hope that she will achieve her target.Tagline my sis to NUTRIMEAL is mudah+berkesan+murah+sedap :)

Santau

Hi guys..how's yr weekend?yesterday i went to KLCC to watch SANTAU..takle tahan adek aku asek cite je pasal this movie..ni mesti kena tengok ni..dengar kate cite ni full je as 2012 movie..just try my luck..yeah lucky still have available seat..hmm after watched the movie what can i said..yes the movie memang seram..penuh dengan suspen..sound sytem nye pun slalu buat aku terkejut..even dalam cinema tu pun ader yang jerit kuat gle..sbb da terlampau suspen..and ader jugak bnda2 lawak..part yang aku tak bole lupe mase hantu ni leh baca ayat suci al-Quran gak..seems like bnda ni terlampau kuat..mm aku tak nak cte lebih2..meghemang bulu roma den ni..haihh..korang sendiri la rasekan keseramannye..

oowhh cakap pasal santau ni..im not sure that u all believe in this but for me aku percaya..sebab my mum penah cite before ni yang mak long aku meninggal because of she suffered with this kind of santau..die terlangkah bnda yang nak dihantar tu..mm..sebenarmye macam2 orang boleh buat bile die sakit hati ngn kite..and my mum always remind me;jangan main2 kan perasaan orang or buat orang sakit hati..takut nanti die hantar bnda bukan2 kat kita..ye la mak aku fobia la dengan ape yang jadi kan?here some tips that i apply since zaman2 skolah..ustazah aku ajar..before tdo tu baca la ayat kursi and ayat 3kul..then,hembus kat tapak tangan and rata kan seluruh badan..ustazah aku pesan santau pun bole dihantar melalui angin and kadang2 nak hantar kat orang lain tapi kadang2 tersalah arah,kita bole menjadi mangsa..ia amalan yang berguna as pelindung.. try la amalkannye ye my frens..

Spend Time Together

Today tak ada ape2 aktiviti sangat..so i just be a driver to my sisters...sorang ajak aku gi kenduri kawen her bestfren and sorang lagi ajak aku bershopping..korang teka..aku akan ikut yang mane?shopping?nope..im not a bad sis;tinggalkan adek nye sorang2..yes aku jadi driver to both of them..teruk kan?tengah hari we went to syima's wedding..theme:pink..wee..itulah saya sangat teruja untuk pergi..tapi tak dapat nak bergambo ngn pengantinnye because my sis need to go back to work..mase nak balik tu..pegh..kete kena block la..dorang ni..nak park tu park arr betul2..da satu keje adek aku mintak tolong the deejay tuk announce sape nye keta yang block my Bawang Merah..Dalam mase tunggu tu,nak hilankan rase marah kiteorang bergamba...seronok..da lame kiteorang tak bergamba sama2...on the way nak hantar adek aku keje pun,we still snap pictures kami bertiga..i just felt happy because i think today we spent a great time together..enjoy the picture,guys..

Then,after hantar ela keje aku and engah gi shopping barang2 die sbab die dapat keje baru.Tu la banyak benda die beli..over gile..kasut,perfume,baju and tudung..Mase nak balik tu lalu kat tepi mesin timbang tu,tbe2..eh jom timbang la..After masuk 20sen...ha??ape ni??waa..aku yang sangat teruja...haha..i'll tell u in next entry.. :)

Yeay..hari ni aku sebagai rakyat selangor yang bekerja untuk selangor bercuti dengan seronoknye...haha..Pagi2 lagi aku da keluar rumah...jalan2 with my sis and my oficemate..aku jalan2 cari supplier for my next project...what project?i can't tell it yet..just wait n see...so stay tune :) serius..hari ni panas gile kan?panas terik sampai aku pening gile...oh..guys,i just want to share with all of you my current addiction..see in the picture?Aku set the picture as my wallpaper lagi tu..korang tau ke keta ape tu?tu la KIA FORTE..yeah..this is my current addiction..

Hi guys..im so sorry my blog not update in past few days..Just not feeling well and i memang tak larat untuk mengupdate my blog.In fact,aku memang tak larat nak update now but just want to say hello to all my blog readers..aku jumpa doc semalam to check what's actually happen to me..kaki aku cepat cramp not even leg,my stomach and also my hand...doc said that i lack of calcium..how come eh doc?I'll make sure to drink a glass of milk every night. Regarding to doc perhaps the calsium in the milk not enough for me..plus,my work enviroment that very cold make it worst..see.that's why i hate aircond so much..nyusahkan aku je..menci nye......why this happen to me??sigh..Doc just ask me to take calsium supplement plus rajin2 la sapu minyak panas..
